Seniors Helping Seniors UK partners exit the business, selling profitably and quickly.

Every business owner’s exit strategy is different and in franchising it is important that the franchisor is supportive. Seniors Helping Seniors invests in people development with their franchise partners and helps their partners in every way.

Andy Boothman is an experienced franchisee; he built a cleaning franchise before he bought his Seniors Helping Seniors business for Guildford, Woking and Godalming and in 2018

Andy loves building and he reached his goal for Seniors Helping Seniors in year four, exiting September 2022

The new partner knew the business from the inside.

Tim Heaney is a very successful person. Family care giving responsibilities came after twenty years retail management. He re trained and worked for Seniors Helping Seniors and Home Instead in Guildford.

Tim learned the workings of both companies from the inside.

Tim said, “The approach Seniors Helping Seniors has to both carers and the service it offers to clients, stood head and shoulders above anything else I have seen in my career”

Christian Wilse owner of Seniors Helping Seniors UK said, “It’s an incredible accolade for the brand that a carer who worked with us, wanted to invest.”

The seller of the franchise, Andy Boothman, explains “Tim knows the operation inside out and the care team and clients are delighted with the news of his investment”

The franchise sales process started with meeting master franchise owners in the UK, Christian and Sally Wilse. It went quickly after that. Due diligence followed agreeing the price.

Tim says“I was inspired by the growth potential. I have an opportunity to pool all my professional experiences, work for my own success within an ambitious and fun team and I love how I am doing something immensely worthwhile ! The training was five star and I know which levers to pull to take the business where I want to take it.

Andy Boothman was able to exit the business as he intended, on time and with profit he is pleased with.
