The Seniors Helping Seniors Personal Care Services have been rated as GOOD across the board by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The CQC report should be read in full since it describes the standards and processes we apply across the business. The CQC inspector took the time to analyse and evidence every area of operation for our regulated activities and the report details the points of difference in our approach to in-home elderly care.
Companion Services supporting Activities of Daily Living and Wellness are not regulated services. Services that prompt and guide are out-of-scope for the CQC.
Our business partners are welcome to blend regulated personal care services and non-regulated services into their business whenever they wish. The Seniors Helping Seniors franchise agreement covers all areas of service provision. Franchisors will guide partners through applying for the CQC license, training, best practice and support.
